Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take longer during sales or holidays.
  • USPS and UPS may experience delays of 3–7 business days beyond normal delivery times.
  • Shipping carriers are selected based on the fastest and most efficient option for your location.
  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping may ship via USPS, UPS, or local delivery and may take longer during high-volume periods. Expedited shipping options are available.
  • Flat Rate Shipping is not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO/PS addresses.
  • If an item is out of stock, customers will be contacted before processing.
  • Cookies are shipped at the customer’s risk; damage during transit may occur despite careful packaging.
  • If we ship the wrong item, we will correct it at our expense.
  • If the customer orders the wrong item, exchanges are allowed, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Customers unsatisfied with product quality within 30 days may receive a replacement or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Sale items (including Blue Box Sale items) are non-refundable.
  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For returns over $75, trackable shipping or insurance is recommended.
