Order Processing

• Most orders ship within 1–2
  business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Processing times may be longer
  during sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
• If an item is unavailable or out
  of stock, we will contact you before your order is processed.

Shipping Methods

• We ship using USPS, UPS, local
  delivery services, or other carriers based on the fastest and most
  efficient option for your location.
• Standard Flat Rate Shipping may
  be fulfilled through any available carrier and may require additional
  transit time during peak shipping periods.
• Expedited shipping options are
  available at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may
occasionally experience delays beyond our control. Delivery times may be
extended by 3–7 business days or more due to weather, holidays, carrier
disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Flat Rate Shipping is not available for:

• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• U.S. military postal addresses

Perishable & Fragile Products

Cookies and other fragile food products are carefully packaged before
shipment. However, due to the nature of shipping, minor breakage or damage may
occur during transit. By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge and
accept this risk.

Order Accuracy

If we ship an incorrect item, we will replace or correct the order at no
additional cost to you.

If an incorrect item is ordered by the customer, exchanges may be
available; however, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping
costs.

Product Quality Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us
within 30 days of purchase. At our discretion, we may offer a
replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and in original
  condition
• Include original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of
  purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Sale items
• Clearance items
• Blue Box Sale items
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly. We
may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with processing your
claim. Approved claims will be exchanged for the same item or otherwise
resolved at our discretion.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for
  return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a
  defective product.
• Original shipping charges are
  non-refundable.
• For returns valued over $75,
  we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing
  shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
