We do not have nutritional information at this time.

What do I do if the product(s) I received tastes stale/bad?
Please send us an email to with your order number, what product(s) are stale, and a picture of the product(s).

If your Waipahu location doesn’t have the product(s) I want, will the other stores carry it?
Our warehouse, located at the Waipahu store, receives all shipments and we distribute to our stores on certain days. Please call the desired location to check their inventory. Information for all of our locations can be found,


Did you receive my order?
After we receive your order, you will be emailed a confirmation. Please check that the order confirmation did not go in to your spam folder. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please give us a call at 808-839-5258.

Do you offer Apple Pay or PayPal?
Yes, we do accept apple pay. We do not accept Paypal. We also accept credit card payments online as well as cash, check, and credit card payments in our retail store fronts. We also accept EBT at all of our store fronts, excluding our Kahala location.

I’m not comfortable paying over the phone, is there another option? 
No problem!  We can email you a link for your order to pay at your own convenience.

Can I edit an order I just placed?
Please email us at or call us at 808-839-5258, immediately. Orders cannot be edited once items have been shipped.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped out in the order they are received.  Orders that require local delivery will be scheduled for the next available day unless it’s a rural route (scheduled on a specific day). All local deliveries and shipments are processed Monday-Friday.  A complete list of our delivery days and routes can be found,

Can I schedule a local delivery? What time will my order be delivered?
Yes, you can schedule for a local delivery. Deliveries are made between Mondays and Fridays, not available on weekends.  We apologize, but same day delivery is not available.  Delivery to rural routes are scheduled on certain days.  Local deliveries are any time between 8 am – 4:30 pm.

Do you charge a delivery fee?
As of 1/1/23, we are only able to deliver extra large gift baskets. The delivery fee is $10 per basket per delivery address.

Can you ship my order using the least expensive method?
We will always offer the most cost efficient shipping rate to all customers, unless you require expedited shipping (at a higher cost).

Do you offer free shipping?
No, we currently dont offer free shipping.


I’m sending a gift to someone – Do you include pricing?
Our shipping department will not include an invoice with the prices, but rather a packing slip with the recipient, sender, and product information.

Can you create a custom basket?

Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are!  Please wear your mask & continue to practice social distancing. Our staff wears masks in the store and we sanitize surfaces throughout the day, every day.

Do you sell in bulk?
Yes, however, bulk sales are only available to wholesale/bulk customers. At this time, we are not accepting new wholesale or bulk customers.

I receive too many emails from you, how do I unsubscribe
At the bottom of the email, you’ll see an “unsubscribe” button. Click the button and you will no longer receive any email communications from us.

What is Prop 65?
Proposition 65 is a California specific labelling measure that requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposure to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. All of our products are FDA-approved and safe for consumption. However, we are unable to ship any products labeled Prop65 to California addresses. If you are shipping to a California address, you will have to remove any Prop65 labeled products from your cart in order to check out.
